Thursday – March 5, 2026 | Arrival Day

Afternoon

• Travel to Munising, MI

• 4:00 PM – Hotel check-in at Holiday Inn Express, Munising Lake

Evening

• Settle into the hotel and unpack

• Dinner on your own

• Conference room will be available for families to gather, eat dinner, play games, and watch movies

• Relax and prepare for the next day’s activities

Friday – March 6, 2026 | Dog Sledding Adventure Day

Morning

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Prepare for cold-weather outdoor activities

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• All-Day Dog Sledding Adventure

  • Guided dog sledding experience

  • Time with sled dogs

  • Scenic winter trails

Lunch

• Lunch will be provided by Bless

Late Afternoon / Evening

• Return to hotel

• Dinner on your own

• Conference room available for group dinner, games, and movie time

• Rest and relaxation

Saturday – March 7, 2026 | Sightseeing & Leisure

Morning

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Free time

Lunch

• Parents and families may go out on their own to get lunch

1:00 PM – Afternoon Adventure

• Up North Adventure

  • Exploring Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore

  • Possible Ice Caves exploration (weather and ice conditions permitting)

Evening

• Dinner on your own

• Dinner and a Movie Night

• Conference room available for families to gather, eat, play games, and watch movies

Sunday – March 8, 2026 | Departure Day

Morning

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Pack and prepare for departure

Check-Out

• Hotel check-out (typically by 11:00 AM)

• Travel home

Administrative & Payment Information

• Hotel Rooms: We have 12 rooms on hold. All parents will arrive and add their cards for payment.

• $129 a night for rooms on hill side (This is a quote and is subject to change)All parents and families are responsible for payment of their own hotel rooms.

• Dog Sledding Deposits: $175 for drivers and riders-Deposits will be collected for the dog sledding adventure.

• Deposit Invoices: Sarah will be provided with the participant list. Deposit invoices will be sent out in two weeks (January 28, 2026).
