🍕 We’ll be serving a pizza lunch, along with light refreshments and snacks to keep everyone energized throughout the day.
IMPORTANT – WE NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS!
This event cannot happen without lots of parent volunteers. We understand that some families may not be able to volunteer due to small children or other commitments, but if possible we ask that each family provide at least one parent volunteer.

Volunteer Opportunities
🎯 Game Managers
Run one of our field day games! You’ll receive clear instructions and help keep the fun going.
👉 2 parents needed per game
👨👩👧 Group Leaders
Lead a group of kids and guide them from station to station until they complete all the games.
👉 2 parents needed per group
🍕 Food Team
Help serve lunch and keep the food area clean and organized.
🛠 Set-Up Crew
Arrive at 8:30 AM to help set up tables and game stations.
🧹 Clean-Up Crew
Stay after the event to help clean up and pack everything up.
📌 If the volunteer role you want is full, please choose another one. For example, we typically need more Game Managers and Group Leaders than Food helpers.
